ONLINE ORDERS
Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to
check out
Our minimum quantities is 2 (Two Pieces) so you may order from 2 pieces. Our wholesale price
breaks apply to order quantities of the same product style and can be made up of multiple colours
and sizes within that style. The relevant price will be automatically applied upon adding items to your
cart.
If you are ordering an item that you want branded, please provide the following information:
• Select the item you want branded from our website.
• Specify the size of the branding (e.g., Front A4 or Back A3).
• Attach a mockup if you already have one.
• Indicate the desired dimensions for the branding (e.g., back, front, sleeve bottom).
• State the quantity of the item you want.
• Let us know your preferred completion date for the order.

Each product on the website shows the current stock level available for each colour and size.
Although some of the products are made per request, but the colours and sizes are available to start
immediate production upon order is Placed.
How long does it take to process an order?
For collections, please allow us at least 12 – 24 hours to get your order ready. Some Product are pre
made on Customers Request Takes about 4 – 5 days to get sorted, depending on quantity you are
requesting. We also offer urgent and quicker make on product per customer request (at a cost)
WEBSITE ISSUES
Please log in using your email and password on the top right. If you have forgotten your password
please follow the prompts to reset your password. Once logged in, under My Account you may view
your account details, addresses and orders.
Promo codes are applied on the cart page. Please note that some promo codes are case sensitive and
have an expiry date.

Our catalogue can be viewed online alternatively ask for a catalogue to be sent with your next order.
Each product already has a wholesale price attached. Our wholesale pricing applies to order
quantities of the same product style and can include a mix of multiple colors and sizes within that
style.
To submit an order, please add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you’re ready to
place the order, view your cart and fill in your complete details. (Please ensure that all information
on the form is accurate, including your delivery address and any other relevant details.) After you
submit your order, we will send you an invoice with our banking details and other pertinent
information regarding your order.
Please double-check that your order is correct before submission. Once we receive your payment,
and reflected on Iso Bank Account a confirmation message will be sent to you regarding the status of
your order.

other details.
PAYMENT POLICY
6.1) No goods will leave our premises without being paid for including collections via courier.
Orders will only be released once payment has reflected in our bank account. Unless you are an
account customer.
6.2) All goods remain the property of Iso® until paid in full.
6.3) All customers are required to pay by EFT or cash..
6.4) Please pay into the correct bank account to ensure that your order is cleared immediately.
6.5) Payments from outside SA take between 4 and 7 working days to clear and goods will only
be released when payment reflects in our bank account.
Iso Computer City wholesaler and all new customers are required to pay by EFT or Cash. We do not
accept cheques.
RETURN POLICY
It is the customer’s responsibility to find discrepancies or defects prior to any alterations. Altered
garments are not returnable. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. Returns for
unwanted merchandise are subject to a 10% restock fee. No cash refunds will be given. B Grade item
is not Returnable. Custom samples are not returnable. (No returns on custom orders will be accepted
unless there is fault with the stock) of which the fault will be fix and hereby sent back to client.

Iso® products, like other 100% cotton knit fabrics shrink. The acceptable tolerance of shrinkage on
cotton T-shirts is up to 7% on chest and length of the garment and the Pique cotton (Lacoste) due to
the construction being similar to waffle weave, is up to 8%. The performance standard for fabrics are:
length and width -8% 40°TD. There can be a 8% shrinkage tolerance after first wash, which is the
average on Iso® products. Different methods of laundering have resulted in variable degrees of
shrinkage and this must be considered when ordering these products for your customers. Whilst
pure cotton is cool and comfortable to wear, it is susceptible to shrinkage although we have a very
modern compacting process at our factory there is residual shrinkage that can only be released when
the garment is fully washed the first time after manufacturing
MEDIA POLICY
As a registered client of Iso® products, you are able to use our image library and media content for
the promotion of your business. You may not, however, remove or change any of our branding
