MARINE CUSTOMERS - The AWS-1 Plus features the same great purification qualities of the original AWS-1 with added greater microbiologic purification performance. Laboratory tested at real world flow rates of one gallon per minute, the AWS-1 Plus is ideal for use in holding tank environments or for residential use. Tested and developed in a dedicated microbiologic laboratory designed to test at and above NSF P231. Over one year of rigorous research and development was conducted using a new hybrid carbon block mesh technology. After competitively testing several formulation prototypes head to head, one novel formulation continued to perform above all. This formulation, now known as the AWS-1 Plus, addressed the need highlighted by industry specialists.
